Various
movements and exercises that can be done individually,
or in combinations of movements to help with overall flexibility
and conditioning. Movements may involve dynamic (moving/flowing)
stretching or static (without movement) stretching, as
well as a combination of both.
Benefits include increasing range of motion (mobility),
stress reduction, increased balance and body awareness,
increased muscular strength and endurance, and injury
prevention.
Other possible areas to be covered include relaxation,
meditation, and visualization as well as therapeutic exercise,
corrective kinesiology, postural alignment, and manual
