combination of strengthening and stretching designed to
rehab a current or past injury.
This type of training can also be used during or after
any Physical Therapy or Cardiac Rehabilitation program
that you may be currently or soon to be engaging in.
In addition, functional training can be done to improve
or maintain your physical capacity to effectively perform
the activities that you must do on a regular basis.
Examples:
Playing with children, job performance, gardening or house
work.
Specific excercises can be performed to treat any and
all forms of neck and back pain or discomfort. |
